Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. Full access to all features on the Growth plan during your trial.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card and EFT via PayFast. All payments are in South African Rand (ZAR). We do not accept Stripe or international payment methods.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. All prices are exclusive of South African VAT (15%). Your invoice will show the VAT amount separately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — your access continues until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is for large brokerages, underwriting managers, and insurers needing unlimited users, custom SLA rules, and dedicated support. Contact us for a quote.
Do you store data in South Africa?
Data is hosted on Supabase in EU West (Ireland) — the closest available region. We assess migration to a South African region as the ecosystem matures. All processing is POPIA-compliant.
