1. Acceptance
By registering for or using ClaimPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
ClaimPulse is a compliance management SaaS platform for FSP-licensed South African insurance brokers. The service provides complaint tracking, claims management, AI-assisted document generation, and FSCA TCF reporting tools.
3. Eligibility
The service is available to registered financial services providers holding a valid FSP licence issued by the FSCA. By registering, you confirm that your practice holds or is supervised by a valid FSP licence.
4. Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) via PayFast
- All prices exclude VAT
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are not available for partial periods already billed
- 14-day free trial available — no credit card required during trial
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
ClaimPulse uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to assist in drafting NFO letters, TCF reports, and client communications. AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by a licensed FSP before use. ClaimPulse does not accept liability for regulatory outcomes arising from use of AI-generated content without broker review.
6. Data responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into ClaimPulse. You are the data responsible party (not ClaimPulse) for your clients' personal information under POPIA. ClaimPulse acts as the operator processing data on your behalf.
7. Limitation of liability
ClaimPulse is a compliance tool, not legal advice. We are not liable for FSCA enforcement outcomes, regulatory fines, or NFO decisions. Our maximum liability to you is the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion (subject to FSCA 5-year retention obligations on complaint records).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
