All 6 Treating Customers Fairly Outcomes are mapped to platform workflows. TCF reports follow FSCA Outcome reporting requirements.

NFO 2024-ready

The National Financial Ombud unified all SA insurance ombudsman functions in 2024. ClaimPulse generates letters in the NFO required format.

POPIA-compliant

No raw ID numbers stored (SHA-256 hash only). Soft-delete with 30-day hard-delete. 5-year retention per FSCA requirement. Data hosted in EU (Ireland).

SLA accuracy

Business day calculations exclude South African public holidays. ST/LT/Medical SLA defaults match the respective Insurance Acts.

Our POPIA commitment

South African insurance brokers hold sensitive policyholder data. We take that responsibility seriously.

  • SA ID numbers are never stored — only a one-way SHA-256 hash
  • Medical information is referenced, never stored
  • All personal data is deletable on request (30-day hard delete)
  • Complaint and claim records are retained for 5 years per FSCA requirement, then auto-archived
  • Data hosted in EU West (Ireland) — closest available region, GDPR-equivalent protections
